Salmon poppers

  • 1-2 heads endive
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 1/2 red onion, minced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • sea salt (optional)
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • olive oil
  1. Wash and separate endive leaves.
  2. Top with smoked salmon, red onion and avocado.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, and drizzle with olive oil.
